Darrell is Brad's partner and Darrell manages the day to day operations of Metro Estates. He has almost 30 years experience in all aspects of real estate with a specialty in income property. For years he has been one of the area's most successful brokers of Apartment buildings, Duplexes, and Triplexes. Darrell works with individuals and groups of investors.

Joanie Smith- Property Manager
Joanie has also worked with Brad for 10 years. She handles all the property management for the Brad Coleman team. We manage rental property all over Orange County as a service for our clients and investors.

Maria Denisac- Marketing
The Brad Coleman Team carries a large inventory of luxury properties and Bank owned foreclosures. Maria is responsible for all marketing including internet, email, print, and television advertising.
